Easy Ways to Pay

Cash, personal checks, money orders, and major credit cards (except American Express)

Annual membership plans for direct dental services (see below)
Payment is due at the time of service, so there are no surprises later

Out of Network Insurance

As the dental insurance industry continues to change, we’ve made the decision to step out of network with insurance plans beginning March 1, 2026. This allows us to maintain the quality of care you expect — without the restrictions or limitations often imposed by insurance companies.

If you currently carry dental insurance, you are still welcome to use any out-of-network benefits your plan allows. Our team will continue to help you file claims and answer any questions along the way.

Financing Options

You may want to select a payment option offered by an outside credit provider, such as Cherry’s flexible payment plan for health care treatments.

Applying for Cherry Financing is fast and simple. It offers payment plans with as low as 0% APR so you can smile now, pay later.*

For example, a $400 payment plan with Cherry may cost $100/month over 3 months at 0% APR with down payment in the amount of monthly payment due at the time of purchase.

*Even if predetermination of benefits was given from your insurance carrier, it is possible that after treatment is provided there are no insurance benefits payable. Our office has absolutely no power or leverage to deal with the insurance carrier. Only the employee or the contract purchasers have that power. Any complaints about benefits, payment, or coverage should be directed to your HR department.

You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available. Also, some companies take care of claims promptly while others delay payment for several months.

Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 returned check fee and balances older than 30 days may be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month.
