In-House Annual Dental Plan

For our patience without insurance, young retirees, and to those who require additional assistance making their dental visits more affordable, we offer discount annual dental plans through DentaCard. These affordable plans can help you save 20% to 50% on most dental care procedures, such as check-ups, cleanings, fillings, root canals and more. Learn more about DentaCard plans on their website.

CareCredit Financing

You may want to select a payment option offered by an outside credit provider, such as CareCredit’s flexible payment plan for health care treatments.

Applying for CareCredit financing is fast and simple. This financing plan features no-interest for 6 or 12 months. It offers low monthly payment plans with small finance fees for up to 60 months. There are no annual fees, setup costs, or prepayment penalties.

One of our friendly office administration staff members can make a call for you, or you may wish to read more about the program and its options on CareCredit’s website.

*Even if predetermination of benefits was given from your insurance carrier, it is possible that after treatment is provided there are no insurance benefits payable. Our office has absolutely no power or leverage to deal with the insurance carrier. Only the employee or the contract purchasers have that power. Any complaints about benefits, payment, or coverage should be directed to your HR department.

You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available. Also, some companies take care of claims promptly while others delay payment for several months.

Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 returned check fee and balances older than 30 days may be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month.
