For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders and major credit cards (except American Express). Payment plans are offered through the services of CareCredit. Payment is expected at the time services are performed.
After your insurance claim has been processed, you will be billed for any remaining balance. The dental insurance providers with which we participate include:

Even if predetermination of benefits was given from your insurance carrier, it is possible that after treatment is provided there are no insurance benefits payable. Our office has absolutely no power or leverage to deal with the insurance carrier. Only the employee or the contract purchasers have that power. Any complaints about benefits, payment, or coverage should be directed to your HR department.
You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available. Also, some companies take care of claims promptly while others delay payment for several months.
Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 returned check fee and balances older than 30 days may be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month.
